Hello and welcome to my page. I’m Shaun McLaughlin or otherwise known as Shaun Bill, a qualified personal trainer, running coach and gym instructor with over 15 years coaching experience.

 I have an extensive background in coaching especially with athletics and running, specialising in endurance events but equally at home bringing someone along to take on their first 5k too or start them into their fitness journey.

Personally I have vast experience in competing in events, having completed over 40+ marathons, plus multiple Ironman finishes  & ultra endurance events including The Connemara 100 and the infamous The Race.

At Shaun Bill Coaching, I will work with you to help you achieve your goal, whether that be your first tentative steps into the gym, running and your fitness journey, or equally to help someone who has already has a target in mind. I train out of well equipped gym and all training can be done on a one to one or in pairs.

Training can also be done solely online if you want to train on your own and just need some direction and guidance. I have a range of programs to suit all levels of fitness, from home based/bodyweight workouts with minimal equipment to those with access to gym equipment.

I believe in a well thought out, structured approach to your training and will build a plan to help you achieve your goal, covering the basics, building good foundations and progressing in a structured plan to reaching your full potential.
